Section Waiter – Casual Fine Dining | Middle Park European
We’re on the hunt for a strong Section Waiter to join our casual fine dining team at Middle Park European, a new and very popular European bistro and wine bar in the heart of Middle Park. This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly crew of hospo experts who value professionalism, great service, and a good time while we’re at it.
What we’re offering:
30–35 hours per week at award rates
Opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate
A flexible roster, while still requiring nights and weekends
Support and training in venue-specific food and wine knowledge
A fun, professional team that loves what we do
What we’re looking for:
Strong food and beverage knowledge, with the confidence to hold your own section
A valid RSA
At least 6 months’ visa availability if you’re on a working visa
Weekend and evening availability is essential
A great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
