About us:

Lucia Melbourne is a Mediterranean inspired restaurant and bar housed within the new 11 Eastern Office complex in South Melbourne. Lucia is an amalgamation of personal, meaningful dining experiences strongly inspired by our heritage. Experience Lucia’s main bar and dining room, or take a trip down to Lucia’s own personal wine cellar and private dining area, The Vault - a 30 person private dining area with state of the art finishes.

What you'll bring:

The ability to deliver a high standard of service and professionalism on a day-to-day basis

Previous experience in a high quality, fast-paced restaurant environment

Full time availability

Reliable and organised, you’ll be an integral member of the venue's team, ready to lend wherever needed

A passion for food, wine & genuine hospitality

An eye for detail and a hunger for knowledge

You love the thrill of a busy restaurant/bar and want to create remarkable experiences for guests
