About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Store Manager to join and help contribute to the ongoing success of our Bedshed store. Motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing memorable customer service, you will play a central role in our team.

In this role you will lead with a strong focus on people, interacting and communicating effectively with our customers, providing them with expert advice on our products, maintaining high standards of store presentation and handling any challenging situations.

You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maximising growth opportunities through coaching and developing the team. Managing marketing strategies for the store, you will ensure promotions have been implemented, stock levels are maintained, and budgets are on track.
