Admin Coordinator Role
Rochedale | 8-Week Temporary Part-time Position | 30 hours per week
$41.76 per hour + Super
Not-for-profit OSHC (Outside School Hours Care) Education Provider
About the Role:
Join a respected not-for-profit organisation providing high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs. This temporary contract offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience supporting the OSHCTeam in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operational functions by providing support and contributing to the organisation's mission of delivering exceptional care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rostering educators
- Management and coordinate calendars and schedules
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
- Organise travel and accommodation bookings
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Support complaints management and resolution
Requirements:
- Previous experience in rostering or scheduling of multiple workers
- Confident using Microsoft Office and quickly adapting to new systems
- OWNA software experience desirable
- Blue Card
Desirable Attributes:
- A caring and helpful nature that fits well in a child-focused environment
- Experience in complaints resolution and stakeholder engagement
- OSHC experience
