Our client, is a specialist in property restoration and insurance works, known for their fast, professional, and client-focused service. With an increase in demand, their Wynnum-based team is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to help keep things moving behind the scenes.

Looking for an office-based role where your coordination skills and attention to detail make a real impact? As a Casual Administrator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring jobs are booked, tracked, and completed efficiently – all while keeping the team connected and informed.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role on a casual basis for approximately 6 months, with the potential to go permanent. – perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting a high-performing team.
What you’ll do:

  • Manage and schedule job bookings and appointments
  • Monitor the shared email inbox and forward queries to the right team member
  • Review reports and documentation for accuracy and completion
  • Prepare and send work orders
  • Use Prime to track jobs and update records
  • Communicate clearly via Microsoft Outlook, phone and internally
  • Provide general admin support across the team as needed

What you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in an admin or coordination role (property, trades or insurance preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and job management software (Prime experience is a bonus!)
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
  • Reliability – you show up, step up, and get the job done
