Are you a proactive and organised individual looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a Customer Support/Administration Assistant to join this fun team at a well-established Financial Planning firm in the CBD. This is a varied role liaising with clients and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, customer service driven that has strong time management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a varied and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage insurance applications and associated administration
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, prepare essential documents for client review meetings
  • Organise and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain & update client databases & files to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Follow up with servicing of clients
  • Collaborate with various parties such as fund managers and accountants to gather client information
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls
  • Welcome clients – telephone and in person

About You – Skills & Experience Required:

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when required
  • Prior Administration/Customer Service experience (ideal if you have insurance or financial services experience but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism with confidential information
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment
  • A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
