Our client is a premium furniture retailer looking for a vibrant Sales Associate to join their Surry Hills showroom. This isn’t just a retail job—it’s a chance to immerse yourself in design, culture, and customer connection.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest like they’re entering your home—warmly, professionally, and with genuine interest.
• Guide customers through a curated selection of high-end furniture, offering expert advice and thoughtful after-sales care.
• Handle orders, reservations, and deliveries with precision and flair.
• Keep the showroom looking stunning and aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Liaise with the Japan HQ to stay updated on products and share customer insights.
• Support casual staff and help create a smooth, enjoyable team dynamic.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently using digital tools like email and Slack.
• 38 hours per week, including weekend roster.

Your Profile

• Retail Sales experience (especially in furniture or interiors)
• Fluent English is a must, Chinese or Japanese speaking ability is a plus.
• A passion for interior design and a keen eye for style.
• Strong interpersonal skills—you’re confident, kind, and a great listener.
• A valid Australian Driver’s License.
