An upmarket furniture retailer is recruiting a store manager for our Castle Hill Store.
Essential requirements.
- Experience in high end furniture or other luxurious goods retail, including understanding customers’ needs, providing solutions, explaining the features/benefits to the customers, liaising with the logistical department, etc.
- Enthusiasm in making sales and ability to achieve the monthly goals of both personal and the store's.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent management skills, including training, staffing, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive interactions with the potential customers rather than waiting for business.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office skills, social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Wechat, Youtube, etc.).
- Understand the trend.
- Understand Gen Y/Millennials.
- Energetic and physically fit.
- Full time, part time or casual employment available.
Preferred requirements.
- Tertiary education in design.
- B to B, freelancer options available.

- Much higher than industry average pay package. No ceiling applies.
