The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to represent Silo Storage and drive sales of our premium storage and warehouse projects.
This is a consultative sales role where you’ll use both technical product knowledge and strong client relationship skills to:
Nurture existing leads and build new partnerships.
Present tailored solutions to business owners, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
Manage transactions from first enquiry through to settlement and after-sales support.
This role suits someone with property or technical sales experience who thrives in building long-term relationships and enjoys working in a growing, niche sector.
What You’ll Do
Research and engage with industries such as logistics, industrial, manufacturing, and retail for partnership opportunities.
Conduct property presentations, inspections, and consultations.
Assess client needs and provide tailored investment or operational solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
Manage end-to-end sales processes including inspections, settlement, and after-sales service.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience selling technical, niche, or high-value products (property experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage relationships with professionals, consultants, and high-net-worth individuals.
NSW Real Estate Agent Licence or Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain).
Organised, proactive, and confident using CRM systems.
Desirable:
Degree in Business, Property, or related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of investment principles (property, SMSFs, trusts).
What’s On Offer
$77,000 base salary + 11.5% super.
