Our client, a Federal Government Department who is self funded is seeking 2 x Test Analysts to join their team in late September.

Responsibilities:

• Actively and effectively communicate with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to reach optimal development outcomes with attention to detail and end users in mind
• Provide both oversight, direction and updates to the Test Manager to accurately articulate the state of milestones and deliverables
• Prepare, document and trace test scenarios from user stories, use cases and technical requirements so they are applicable and measurable within our existing methodology
• Detect, track and monitor software defects from inception to closure, with a focus for time management

Technical skills:

• Experience of functional and non-functional testing for web and data applications
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to navigate complex database relationships
• Database experience, API testing, Some Automation skills, Data migration experience
• Demonstrated experience with various testing techniques including technical and non-technical test scripts
