About Our Client:

Based in Nambucca Heads, our client is a leading concrete supplier with a strong reputation for delivering quality products and outstanding service across construction and infrastructure projects. They pride themselves on safety, efficiency, and building long-term relationships with clients and the local community.

What you will be doing:

• Accurately batch concrete to specified mix designs using a computerised system

• Manage daily orders, scheduling, and dispatch of trucks to ensure timely deliveries

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and confirming delivery details over the phone

• Monitor raw material levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers as required

• Maintain accurate records of production, stock, and deliveries

• Ensure all work is completed in line with safety procedures and Chain of Responsibility requirements

• Support the team with general yard and plant duties as needed

What you will need:

• Previous experience in concrete batching (preferred)

• Strong computer literacy and scheduling skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• White Card

• Driver’s licence and reliable transport
