About the role

Wattleup Tractors is WA's leading dealership for Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Iseki, Howard, Silvan & Trima with operations in Perth, Bunbury, Carnarvon and Kununurra.

As the largest trading entity within our long-established group of businesses, Wattleup Tractors operates a busy and successful full dealership (sales, service & parts department) and serves the needs of a range of clients within the industrial and agricultural equipment communities.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to join our Southwest dealership operations based in our busy Bunbury branch. Ideally suited to a dynamic person with great communication skills, possessing outstanding customer service and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

forecasting, ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory levels

Liaise with customers to understand their parts requirements and provide timely and accurate information

Develop and implement strategies to optimise parts ordering and minimise stock-outs

Oversee the maintenance of the parts database and ensure accurate record-keeping

Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure the timely availability of parts for vehicle repairs

Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry

Strong working knowledge of parts management, inventory control, and procurement processes

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in using parts management software and inventory tracking systems

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate parts ordering and efficient workflow

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead a parts counter team
