Join a specialist planning consultancy delivering complex, high-value projects across NSW. Based 30 mins North of Sydney, you’ll play a key role in securing planning approvals for landmark developments in the education and various other sectors.

Your key responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end statutory approvals process for major projects

Prepare and review planning reports, submissions, and strategies

Liaise with councils, government agencies, and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes

Advise clients on planning risks, timelines, and compliance

Mentor junior planners and support their career development

What we’re looking for:

Degree in Urban & Regional Planning (or similar)

5+ years’ statutory planning experience in NSW

Strong knowledge of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act and relevant SEPPs

Excellent client communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timeframes
