An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to join the team at Hedland Health Campus – Pilbara.
Position Profile: Promotes the health and wellbeing of children, families and specific community groups using a range of health promotion, health surveillance and early intervention strategies that are based on the principles of Primary Health care and service priorities.
