An exciting opportunity to step into a Senior Accountant role within a leading ASX Listed property group. Working across finance and operations, you’ll deliver insights that guide decision-making and strengthen performance across a diverse property portfolio. You’ll take ownership of reporting, forecasting, and controls, while developing a direct report and contributing to projects such as acquisitions and ERP improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Delivering balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audit processes
• Partnering with property and asset management teams to provide commercial insights
• Supporting acquisitions, due diligence, and ERP system improvements
• Mentoring and developing a junior team member

• Previous property or multi-site experience highly regarded
