A strong, skilled, and stakeholder-orientated Account Manager to support soft FM services corporate offices, based in Sydney, supporting multiple states (Must be happy to travel as site visits will be essential in building and maintaining client relationships).

Outline Duties
Performing a lead role ensuring ongoing supply of high-quality Facilities Management services, providing senior operational and strategic client interface and direction, P&L responsibility and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Manage and ensure the delivery of Facilities Management services, while leading a diverse workforce across the site(s) / client(s) and supporting mentoring and training.
Lead, drive, support and coordinate management, supervisory and support staff (including contractors) undertaking work within the premises.
Skills and Attributes
- Facilities, Contract or Key Account Management experience within a major Soft FM environment managing the delivery of large multi-site contracts.
- Strong experience in managing a team of facilities management, support and front-line staff providing clear goals, direction, and timescales to ensure their effective achievement of objectives.
- An excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, management and strategic plans and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface.
- Engaging personality and strong presentation skills, able to build client relationships, delegate responsibilities to ensure efficiency of time.
- Encouraging people development initiatives, diversity programmes, commitment to safe working practices and enhancing specialisms within the portfolio.
