Are you an experienced finance leader with a passion for driving strategic decision-making? We are seeking an FP&A Director to lead a high-performing team and provide critical financial insights to support executive and board-level decision making.

This is an initial 4 month contract (potential to extend) which will have a key focus around system improvements and building strong relationships with external vendors to maximise capability.

This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, with the ability to balance working from home and time in the office to collaborate with colleagues and senior stakeholders.

The Role

As the FP&A Director, you will:

• Lead the annual budget process and deliver high-quality financial forecasts.
• Oversee executive and board reporting, ensuring timely, accurate and strategic insights.
• Drive improvements and optimisation across financial systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Provide commercial advice and business analysis to senior executives.
• Manage and develop a team of dedicated finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability (including FP&A and business partnering)
• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to influence financial outcomes and strategic priorities.

This is a pivotal role, offering exposure to the most senior decision-makers and the opportunity to shape financial strategy and performance.

About You

You will be an influential leader with proven experience in senior financial planning and analysis roles as well as a proven track record of improving and optimising systems. To succeed, you will also have:

• CPA/CA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated success in leading complex budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience preparing executive-level and board-level reports.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Highly developed communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
