We’re on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our passionate and professional team at Bellini Italian in Mandurah, Western Australia.

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hospitality venue

A current Approved Manager certification (WA)

A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate and Basic Food Handler's Certificate

Strong leadership and communication skills

The ability to support the General Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and maintaining service standards

Monitoring and maintain stock levels

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

A hands-on approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

The flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
