About the Role
As a frontline representative, you’ll be the voice of our Travel Insurance products—responding to inbound enquiries, creating tailored quotes, and converting interest into sales. You’ll guide customers through their options, provide general advice, and ensure they feel confident in their purchase decisions. Your ability to build rapport, uncover needs, and offer the right solution will be key to your success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Converting inbound enquiries into sales by creating compelling quotes and offering tailored solutions
Delivering exceptional service while maintaining a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
Responding to phone and email queries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
Clearly communicating policy benefits and limitations to support informed decision-making
Assisting with post-sale support including changes, troubleshooting, and cancellations
Meeting performance KPIs across sales, service quality, and compliance
Ensuring adherence to GICOP, SLAs, and internal policies
Supporting with administrative tasks and other duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a sales-focused customer service role, ideally within travel or general insurance
A confident communicator with a natural ability to influence and close sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
Ability to multitask and navigate systems efficiently
Individuals who are comfortable working in a hybrid environment
Experience in Word and Excel
A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
