Problems are known but skill is not in-house - make an impact swiftly!

The Context:

This organisation are looking for someone to come in and help optimise their NetSuite environment, firstly by coming in and making sure it is being utilised correctly, then working with the team to help fix efficiency issues.

You will be dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders, helping the company fix mistakes made in their original NetSuite implementation as well as process improvement.

Post-6 months they will look to personalise the NetSuite environment to suit specific teams, as well as change formatting etc. to fit their needs.

Skills:

• Skill-wise they need someone who has implemented, developed and administered NetSuite.
• That is, someone who can program, develop and make changes to a NetSuite environment and is confident doing so.
• This organisation are far from 'BAU'/administration as there is lots that needs to be changed abou the NetSuite environment first and foremost.

Other Information:

• Work-setup wise, within the first 1-2 months you will need to be in the office pretty much full-time and then as you settle into the role there will be the opportunity to get more flexibility.
• The office is accessible via train station.
