Blue Sky Community Services are seeking to employ a professional and values-aligned person to join our supportive and friendly team to support and develop the Mid North Coast and Far North Coast aged services sector, including through delivery of Mid North Coast sector support and development activities and line management of Sector Support and Development staff based in the Far North Coast. A part-time position is available to 30 June 2026 and can be based at any of our Coffs Harbour, Nambucca Heads, Kempsey or Port Macquarie offices.

About the Role

The Aged Care Sector Support and Development Lead will:

Lead and support Sector Support and Development staff based in the Far North Coast

Leads and participates in a broad range of aged care sector and community events and activities, networking and information sharing forums to enhance sector knowledge.

Coordinates and delivers targeted training workshops and other learning forums to build the knowledge and skills of the aged care sector/aged care services.

Utilises extensive community networks and relationships to achieve beneficial sector outcomes.

Resources the aged care sector and communities with information via the organisation's information sharing conduits.

Collates, analyses and reports service evaluation data.

Participates in budget management.
