Sirius Technology is working with a Salesforce partner that has secured a long-term transformation programme with a major public sector end-user in Australia. They are looking for an experienced OmniStudio Developer who can not only deliver high-quality technical solutions but also lead and coordinate an offshore development team.
This is a 12-month contract with excellent day rates, and the role offers full remote flexibility. We are seeking someone who can start as soon as possible, ideally within the next 1–2 weeks.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce professional with strong OmniStudio (Vlocity) experience to play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile project. You’ll work within a highly collaborative team and provide leadership across offshore resources, ensuring delivery milestones are met and best practices followed. You’ll be backed by a global Salesforce delivery team and be involved in one of Australia’s most exciting public sector digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards
• Lead and manage an offshore team of Salesforce developers, ensuring code quality and timely delivery
• Work closely with solution architects and business analysts to understand technical and functional requirements
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members and contribute to internal documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and integration layers

Skills

• Proven commercial experience with Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, LWC, and declarative tools
• Previous experience leading or mentoring offshore development teams
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development lifecycle
