Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)
• Managing payroll queries and providing timely resolution
• Award and EBA interpretation
• Processing superannuation, terminations, and leave entitlements
• Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
• Reconciling payroll and assisting with reporting requirements

About You:

• Solid experience in payroll, ideally within high-volume environments
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with payroll systems such as Chris21, Micropay, ADP, or similar is highly regarded
