We are seeking a Payroll Officer with solid ADP system experience to join our clients Perth-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering accurate and timely payroll services.

About the role: You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with legislation, awards, and company policies. Using your expertise in ADP, you’ll play a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end payroll processing using ADP
• Manage payroll for both weekly and fortnightly pay cycles
• Maintain payroll data, employee records, and leave entitlements
• Interpret awards, EBAs, and relevant legislation
• Process terminations, redundancies, and back payments
• Reconcile payroll reports and ensure accurate superannuation payments
• Provide payroll-related support to employees and managers
• Assist with system improvements and process automation initiatives

About You:

• Proven experience in payroll, with strong ADP system skills
• Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
