The Agency Mentor (TAM) helps marketing agency owners across Australia and New Zealand build scalable, profitable marketing agencies. We do this through our two flagship programs:
The Agency Builder (TAB): Our high-ticket coaching and support program (approx. $20K/year, paid monthly).
The Agency Foundations (TAF): Our low-ticket entry program (approx. $3.5K/year, paid upfront).

The Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective agency owners considering TAM.
This is not a beginner role.
You’ll need 1–2 years of experience in online high-ticket sales, ideally over Zoom calls, and a proven track record of converting warm leads into paying clients.
You’ll own your pipeline, run structured discovery and closing calls, and build genuine rapport that ensures every prospect feels understood and supported.
This is more than just closing deals. It’s about creating a positive, consultative experience that showcases our programs’ value.

What We Offer
Base Salary: $50K – $60K + Super
Commissions:
10% on all deals you close
2.5% on all qualified prospects you triage/appointment set
Commissions are paid on cash collected:
TAB commissions paid monthly (compounding effect as clients stay on program)
TAF commissions paid on cash collected (typically upfront).
OTE: $100K – $150K annually (plus super)
Training: Ongoing sales coaching, scripts, and proven frameworks
Growth: Direct access to agency industry insights and top-tier coaching content

Responsibilities
Run structured Zoom calls with inbound leads, presenting TAM programs with confidence and clarity.
Take ownership of your pipeline, moving prospects through the CRM with accuracy and discipline.
Consistently follow up with prospects to maximise conversion opportunities.
Document all client interactions in CRM with clear notes for both sales and service teams.
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, improve processes, and increase close rates.
Leverage both internal training and market research to stay sharp on industry trends and TAM offers.

Results You’ll Be Measured On
Accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline management.
Consistent follow-up with all qualified prospects.
Achieving a 30–40% close rate on inbound applications.
Delivering an exceptional sales experience that reflects TAM’s values.
Meeting monthly OTE benchmarks ($100K–$150K pace).

Requirements
1–2 years of proven online sales experience, ideally in high-ticket ($5K+) coaching, consulting, or similar.
Strong track record of running and closing Zoom-based sales calls.
Experience in a B2B consultative sales environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills.
Driven, routine-oriented, and able to manage your own pipeline with accountability.
Comfortable with structured follow-up and long-term relationship-building.
Based on the Gold Coast and available to work onsite with the team.
