What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a full-time Human Resource Coordinator/Adviser. If you are someone who has the passion and drive to make a difference by offering professional HR advice and support, then we want to talk to you.

The base salary offered for this Human Resource Coordinator/Adviser position is $75,000 – $77,000 per annum, plus superannuation.

As a Human Resources Coordinator/Adviser, your key duties and responsibilities will include:

· Deliver timely and accurate HR and industrial relations (IR) advice by managing client inquiries, conducting research on awards and legislation, and preparing key HR documents and reports.

· Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from reviewing job requirements and creating ads to conducting interviews, performing pre-employment checks, and coordinating onboarding and inductions.

· Assist with performance management, including the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and manage administrative tasks related to the full employee lifecycle, from probation to termination.

· Maintain and audit client HRIS and employee records, conduct HR health checks, and provide training and recommendations to ensure clients' HR systems and processes are compliant and up-to-date.

· Support client training and development through profiling tools and surveys, and collaborate with senior advisers on projects to create and maintain organizational charts and structures.

You must be business savvy and have an eye for detail that will make a difference as an experienced outsourced HR professional. Who are we looking for?

· Minimum of 2 years previous experience in Human Resources or a similar role

· Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or a similar discipline

· Your interpersonal and communication skills are top-notch, and you've never been afraid of a little admin

· Your attention to detail is laser sharp and you love to organise things

· You have a collaborative style that is focused on how you do things just as much as what you are doing

· You are confident and have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex queries

· You have careful attention to detail and strong planning and time management skills

· You are comfortable working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll systems

· Proven experience in and be driven to achieve set targets and KPIs

· Experience using Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook
