Administration Officer -Facilities Maintenance- CSI Corporate Office
Location: Francis Greenway Correctional Complex - Berkshire Park
Employment type: 1X Ongoing role
Salary: Clerk Grade 3/4 $84,659 - $92,701pa + Leave Loading + Superannuation
Your role:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Administration Officer to work within our CSI FM Corporate Office at Francis Greenway Correctional Complex.
What you'll do:
- In the role you will be required to provide a range of administrative and business support services, including working with Facilities Maintenance work orders, Asset Management, Inventory Management, Quality Management Systems and effective record management and retention.
- Assist in Compliance Management & Safety Management Systems.
- Conduct routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination and support the effective operation of CSI FM business units and liaise with Statewide CSI FM Operations.
- Pronto & EDRMS experience is preferred but not essential.

Role Requirements
- Experience which demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the role description.
- Current Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role.
- Willing to work in a team environment and work across varying disciplines in a flexible manner.
- Use Business Information Management Systems to effectively manage workflow processes, such as; MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Project, Pronto Asset Management Module & EDRMS.
- Possess proven experience in administration and facilities maintenance operations
- Provide a positive role model and demonstrate personal values, such as honesty, ethics and integrity which support CSI and social values.
- Manage resources efficiently and effectively to achieve planned outcomes.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for staff, contractors, inmates and visitors to comply with Work Health & Safety legislation.
