- Ongoing - Fulltime (35 hours per week)
- Clerk Grade 3/4, base salary ($84,659 - $92,701), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role
NCAT deals with a broad and diverse range of matters, from tenancy issues and building works, to decisions on guardianship and administrative review of government decisions.
The Guardianship Division of NCAT makes decisions about people who have a decision-making disability. The Guardianship Division determines applications about adults who are incapable of making their own decisions and who may require a legally appointed substitute decision maker
You will provide a range of quality services and support to enhance and facilitate the operations and administration of the Tribunal.
What you'll do
- Provide information to customers face to face, by phone or in writing
Communicate with people with a disability to encourage their involvement in Tribunal hearings
- Prepare matters for hearing in compliance with legislative and procedural requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in a high-volume front-line customer service role
- Interest in and/or experience assisting people with disability.
- Ability to develop skills and knowledge of legislation, legal principles, and procedures
Appointments are subject to reference checks. Some roles may also require the following checks/ clearances:
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
