We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our business in Southwest Sydney.

Salary:

$120,000 - $140,000 + superannuation.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Compliance (CoR) – Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, transportation regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. Processing paperwork ensuring fatigue management compliance. Oversee Vehicle incidents, including investigations and claims. Liaise with regulatory authority and/or government body in regard to heavy vehicle routes and permits including vehicle access, PBS, etc

Managing the day-to-day running of trucks and drivers – Lead and mentor a team of transportation professionals, providing guidance, support and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Servicing clients - Developing and maintaining relationships with top-end clients. Monitor and prioritise jobs based on customer usage.

Rostering all drivers - Optimise resource allocation to meet customer demand while controlling expenses. Conduct regular toolbox meetings.

Experience & skills required:

Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

Ability to adapt and mix with a variety of people.

Professionalism, integrity and the ability to build long-term relationships.

5+ years in a compliance role.

Resilience, passion, and ability to work under pressure and prioritise.

A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on business to business relationships.

Due to the nature of the role, the position is office-based (No WFH)
