The Role

• Provide WHS advice, guidance, and on-site support across civil construction projects
• Conduct site inspections, safety walks, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations and prepare clear reports with practical recommendations
• Run toolbox/pre-start meetings to foster a positive safety culture
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, permits, and project requirements

What You'll Bring

• Previous WHS experience in civil construction or infrastructure
• Cert IV or Diploma in WHS (essential)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work autonomously and step in at short notice when required
