As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time or Full-Time Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to manage our day-to-day financial operations and assist with administrative tasks.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled accounting professional to handle bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll processing. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations
✔️ Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
✔️ Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end reporting
✔️ Assist with BAS, GST, and other statutory obligations
✔️ Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters
✔️ Support general bookkeeping tasks and financial administration

About You:
✅ Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role
✅ Proficiency in accounting software (Xero)
✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
