At Busy Bees at Epping, we understand that nutrition is the foundation for children’s growth and learning. We’re seeking a passionate and organised Chef to join our team and prepare delicious, nutritious meals for up to 54 children each day.

Your Impact as Chef

Prepare and cook healthy, balanced meals that meet dietary and allergy requirements

Create seasonal menus that keep children engaged and excited about food

Ensure kitchen operations meet Food Safety and hygiene standards

Collaborate with educators to support special events and cultural food days

Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment

What You’ll Bring

Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)

Previous experience working in a childcare environment (preferred)

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergy management

Ability to plan menus and order supplies effectively

Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
