Human Resources Business Partner
$100,000 – $120,000 + Super (Pro Rata)
Onsite 2–3 Days Per Week | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Our client, a well-established family-owned business with operations across three states, is entering an exciting growth phase with a bold vision to double in size over the next seven years. To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who is both hands-on and strategic.

About the Role

This is a practical and broad HR role, working directly with managers to ensure the right people, systems, and culture are in place to achieve business growth. The focus is clear: develop and maintain A-Players across the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment & Onboarding – Attracting, selecting, and successfully onboarding new team members.

Performance Management – Supporting managers with reviews, performance grading, and managing underperformance or dismissals when required.

Talent Management Systems – Setting up and embedding a framework for succession planning, capability tracking, and career development.

Training & Development – Establishing training programs to uplift skills and bring staff to A-Player standards.

Compliance & HR Best Practice – Keeping up to date with HR legislation, ensuring audits are passed, and policies are current.

Culture & Engagement – Partnering with leaders to build a positive, high-performance culture that supports long-term growth.

About You

We are looking for a capable and confident HR all-rounder who thrives in a hands-on, business-focused environment. You will bring:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar HR leadership role).

Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Ability to establish and deliver training and talent management programs.

Up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and compliance requirements.

A proactive, practical approach with the confidence to influence and guide managers.

Relevant HR qualifications.
