RISE Scaffold Management is on the hunt for a motivated and skilled Scaffolder to join our growing team. Based in Ferntree Gully, this role offers more than just a daily grind - it’s your ticket to working on some of Australia’s most high-profile events, with opportunities for interstate travel and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding on event and construction sites

Carrying out daily safety checks and adjusting to ensure compliance

Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards and working to our SWMS

Collaborating with site and event teams to ensure smooth installations and hassle-free operations

Mentoring less experienced crew members and encouraging their development

Maintaining accurate records of work completed and hours worked

What We’re Looking For:

Valid scaffolding licence (SB, SI, or SA)

Hands-on experience in scaffolding or similar roles

Ability to read and interpret scaffold plans/drawings and retain key information

A reliable, safety-first mindset with strong communication skills

Physically fit and confident working at heights

A team player with a strong work ethic who takes pride in completing jobs on time and without call-backs
