Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, consultancy, and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex environments. This role involves collaborating with clients to optimise their project management strategies and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to assess their project management needs and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement tailored management strategies that align with the organisation and its clients’ objectives.
Provide expertise in PMO setup, ensuring efficient coordination and control across organisations.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
Implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during project execution.
Conduct data analytics to support decision-making and enhance project performance, leveraging tools like Primavera Cloud.
Establish robust controls and performance management mechanisms to measure project effectiveness.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and methodologies in project management and procurement.
Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous alignment with their strategic goals.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, including white papers and case studies, that showcase EDSICO's expertise.
Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or project management.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
