We’re hiring a Senior Construction Site Foreman to lead day-to-day operations across our residential (including duplexes and basements) and select commercial projects in Sydney.

About the role

You’ll oversee site operations, coordinate trades/subcontractors, drive program and quality, and ensure WHS compliance. You’ll liaise closely with our PMs, engineers and consultants to resolve issues quickly and keep projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and coordinate all on-site works and subcontractors

. Work on the tools as needed to support the team

· Monitor program, quality, and compliance with CDC/DA and engineering specs

· Enforce WHS in line with SafeWork NSW requirements

· Manage procurement, deliveries and site logistics

· Produce daily reports and maintain accurate records

· Conduct QA checks and manage defect rectification

· Mentor junior staff and apprentices

Requirements

· 10+ years in a Foreman/Site Supervisor role

· Trade qualified or equivalent

· Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Standards, CDC/DA processes

· Proven delivery of complex and luxury builds (multi-storey, duplexes, basements)

· Excellent leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills

· Able to read drawings/specs to a high standard; competent with site reporting/project tools

· White Card; Driver’s Licence (First Aid preferred)
