About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Estimator to join a reputable and growing construction company. In this role, you’ll prepare accurate cost estimates, work closely with project teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of a range of exciting building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates

Source and negotiate competitive supplier and subcontractor pricing

Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure budgets and timelines are met

Maintain up-to-date cost records and tender documentation

Support the business in preparing competitive bids

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in estimating or a similar role

Proficiency in estimating software and strong knowledge of industry standards

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities
