About the Role

As a Stylist Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role in both styling and team leadership. Working closely with the senior creative lead and logistics team, you will:

Lead and support a team of Stylists and Styling Assistants

Oversee daily project planning and styling installations

Ensure styling standards are met across all properties

Assist with training and mentoring junior team members

Contribute to stock selection and styling brief execution

Liaise with logistics and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations

Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients on-site

This role is ideal for a confident and capable stylist who’s ready to step up and guide others while still remaining creatively involved.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in property styling, interior decoration, or similar

Demonstrated ability to lead a team or mentor peers

A strong design eye and understanding of interior styling trends

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and adapt on the go

A valid driver’s licence (essential)
