About the Role
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our vibrant crew of cleaners. This role is hands-on and will see you working in the field alongside your team, leading by example, and ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading, supporting, and motivating a small team of cleaners

Training and mentoring new staff to uphold our standards

Ensuring quality control and client satisfaction

Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day team communications

Being the go-to point of contact for your team when in the field

This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth as the business continues to expand.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has cleaning experience (residential or commercial) and excellent attention to detail

Loves working with people and building team culture

Is organised, reliable, and confident managing others

Has strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities

Holds a driver’s licence and is comfortable driving a company vehicle

Has the flexibility to work across Central Coast & Lake Macquarie
