🦷 What You’ll Be Doing

Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

Manage bookings, phone calls, and enquiries

Learn and use dental software & admin workflows

Support smooth day-to-day front desk operations

Assist with billing, reporting, and admin tasks

Contribute to process improvements & staff support

Grow toward leadership opportunities such as Assistant Manager

👤 Who We’re Looking For

Experience in admin, reception, or customer service (dental experience a plus but not essential)

Friendly, organised, and eager to grow in the dental field

A great communicator with a warm, professional personality

Confident handling a busy front desk with initiative and teamwork

Interested in long-term career development

Must be available to work across Blacktown & Toongabbie
