Position Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and informed throughout their journey. You will work closely with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient appointments, manage schedules, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support. Your role is key to delivering an exceptional patient experience in this busy and rewarding practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients
• Manage appointment bookings and optimise the surgeon’s schedule
• Handle phone inquiries and respond to patient questions
• Process patient billing and payments accurately
• Coordinate with the surgical and administrative team to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in medical software (Genie advantageous)
• Empathetic and patient-focused with a passion for healthcare
