Sunny’s Shop – punchy Thai street eats
Mr Chan – a modern nod to Cantonese classics

We’re Hiring For
Section Waiters – confident running their own section and driving exceptional guest experiences
All-Rounders – adaptable pros who can switch between floor, bar, and host duties seamlessly
Bartenders – skilled, creative, and consistent behind the bar
If you have the energy, drive, and pride to deliver your best every shift — we want you on our team.

You set a high standard for yourself and your section
You work with speed and precision, even under pressure
You take ownership — from your guests’ experience to the details others might miss

What We’re Looking For
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred)
A results-driven mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and sales
Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional presence
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and quick-thinking
Available across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
RSA certification
