Casual Floor Staff – Colac Port Adl

About the Role
Colac Port Adl is looking for friendly and reliable casual floor staff to join our front-of-house team. You'll be working in a fast-paced, welcoming venue where local flavours and great service take centre stage. From taking orders and serving drinks to keeping the venue clean and organised, you’ll help create a top-notch experience for every guest. Training is provided, with a strong focus on product knowledge and hospitality skills.

What We’re Looking For
We’re after team players with hospitality experience (ideally in a bar or restaurant), strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. You should be comfortable in a busy environment and keen to learn. Food and beverage knowledge is a bonus. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential, and you’ll need a current RSA or be willing to obtain one.
