About the Role

As a member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be responsible for:

Greeting and serving guests with professionalism and warmth

Taking food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately

Making and serving drinks

Clearing tables and resetting dining areas

Handling payments and using POS systems (H&L experience a plus!)

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards

Ensuring an exceptional customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a bar, café, restaurant, or similar role (preferred but not essential)

RSA Certificate

Strong communication and people skills

A friendly, can-do attitude and team spirit

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability across a 7 day roster including nights and weekends
