A Job to be proud of:
You will be the primary contact of the Fleet and Radio department and is responsible for the overall customer experience of Fleet & Radio’s stakeholders. The Receptionist – Fleet and Radio also assists with the day to day department coordination and administration support as required by the leadership team.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and welcome stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner
- Support the department leadership team with the processing of invoices and maintain a tracker of department expenditure.
- Maintain Fleet, Radio & Equipment data records to an appropriate standard.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage the Fleet, Radio & Equipment front desk and waiting area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the departments appointment calendar.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Complete any reporting tasks as required by the Maintenance Manager.
What you’ll need:
- Background in corporate, health, community or commercial based sectors (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of systems, tools and process within the ambit of this position.
- Good problem solving and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
