About the role

The Head Spa Perth is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Front of House to join our team in South Perth to work every Saturday & potentially Thursday afternoons-evenings. This is a casual role that will involve greeting and assisting our clients, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of our busy head spa. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and have the ability to work under pressure individually and within a team environment.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greet and welcome clients to the clinic

Manage client bookings and enquiries

Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients

Maintain accurate client records and data entry

Assist with general administrative duties as required

Keep the reception area tidy and organised

Liaise with the team to ensure seamless client flow

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a spa/beauty/hair environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using computer systems and booking systems such as Fresha

A friendly, professional and discreet manner

A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
