PROJECT
Initially this will be taking over a live project on the northern beaches that is in the aged care/retirement living space.
There is multiple stages of work and a very happy client so this has at least another 12mths to go on the current stage with more stages planned thereafter.
Once the major project is bedded down, you will support the business on 1 or 2 other projects from initial scoping/programming through to delivery.

YOU
Project Supervisor or Project Manager with exceptional client interfacing skills.
Track record in live site environments (ideally aged care or retirement living).
Proactive Project Manager who drives performance with great subby engagement.
Exceptional communication & planning skills with strong leadership capabilities.
Sleeves up 'do-er' who is completely on top of their project, trades, clients and overall program/plan/budget.
You get in and make things happen - not sitting back hoping people are doing what they should be doing and equipment and materials are where they need to be. You drive things proactively and can confidently report progress back to your stakeholder group at any given time; giving confidence to the client and your exec team.
