Key Candidate Requirements – Project Manager (Sydney Water Projects):

• Sewer Drainage and/or pumping stations
• Backflow prevention systems
• Design and facilitate sewer upgrades
• New water or sewer connection
• Fault finding and repairs to all types of systems including scheduled servicing to ensure life-cycles are met.
• Jetting and drain inspections, with inspection reports.

• the Water Service Coordinator (WSC), and
• Sydney Water inspectors during delivery.

• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years delivering Sydney Water infrastructure projects, ideally including projects valued up to $5 million (lower value projects considered if scope was complex or specialised).
• Accreditation & Delivery Scope: Demonstrated delivery experience across the full W1, W2, S1, and S2 scopes.
• Some of the Key works that you would be overseeing and managing include:
  
• Project Examples: Must be able to provide Sydney Water (SW) case numbers and approved drawings for past projects where you acted as key personnel — reporting directly to both:
  
• Technical Competency: Strong understanding of Sydney Water standards, compliance processes, and coordination protocols with WSCs, designers, and construction teams.
• Desirable Background: Experience managing subcontractors, tracking compliance documentation, and overseeing commissioning and as-builts for Sydney Water assets.
