Caravan Park All-Rounder – Maintenance & Guest Services

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable all-rounder to join our friendly team at Pandanus Tourist Park. This is a varied role that combines maintenance, groundskeeping, and guest service, a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and interacting with people.

The Role

As an All-Rounder, you’ll be responsible for keeping our grounds and facilities in top condition, while also assisting in the office with check-ins, phone calls, and guest enquiries when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance and repairs with limited supervision

Operate a ride-on mower, edger, and other groundskeeping equipment

Maintain gardens, lawns, and communal areas to a high standard

Clean amenities and facilities as required

Assist in reception with guest check-ins/check-outs and phone enquiries

Work collaboratively with the park management team to support smooth daily operations

Essential Skills & Experience

Practical experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or similar

Confident use of garden equipment and ability to assist as needed.

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer skills and use of booking system (Newbook experience preffered)

Ability to work independently with guidance from management

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions

Manual driver’s licence (essential)

Desirable Skills

Previous experience in a caravan park, hospitality, or tourism environment

Position Details

Employment type: Casual

Roster: 20 hours a week, more during high season

Pay: In line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020
