WaterPonyz Swim School is on the lookout for our next Centre Coordinator at Ocean Reef – and it could be you!

Are you someone who:
✅ Loves working with children and watching them grow?
✅ Brings enthusiasm, energy, and a big smile to work every day?
✅ Gets satisfaction from helping kids master a vital life skill – swimming?
✅ Has a knack for teamwork, positivity, and building trust?
✅ Holds a current First Aid certificate & Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)?
✅ Already has swim teacher qualifications – or keen to get them?

What the role involves:
As part of our management team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the center, including:

Staff rostering & support

Customer service & enrolments

Administration & computer systems

Maintaining policies & procedures

Hitting KPIs & keeping operations on track

Stock ordering & pool operations

Centre cleanliness & maintenance

What we’re looking for:

Strong customer service background (essential)

Great communication & attention to detail

Solid computer skills

A reliable work ethic and willingness to grow

Someone confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn – training provided!

The role:

Full-time (38 hours per week)

Mostly Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work
